If anyone has the "installation" manual for one of these systems in PDF that would be great appreciated as well. Is anyway I can test this myself? I don't know if I can trust any of them anymore. Now they want to change out the head unit and the panels. The ADP installation guy come in 3 days late, attached the phone cable to the system and we got a trouble light, disconnected, reconnected it and no light, but now they're saying that the system isn't dialing out. After I told that that DSC had told me that ADP can monitor it they all changed their tune and said yeah they could monitor it without changing out the entire system and will do it. I finally called DSC and they told me that ADP can do the monitoring.
